the Better Conversions OS

A UK-based Shopify retailer

Average order value up 50.5%, returns-adjusted, while the realised discount rate fell.

A 19-month relationship, 9-month active retainer. The work started by finding that a third of orders weren't reaching analytics at all.

Read the full breakdown

How this works

  1. $600 audit — A fixed-scope diagnosis of your measurement and your store, delivered as a written report with every finding traced to a named check. You get a ranked roadmap. You keep it whether or not we work together again.
  2. You decide — continuing to the retainer is your call, and the audit fee credits against your first month if you do.
  3. $4,000/mo retainer — Research, test design, build, analysis, reporting. Month to month, 30 days' notice, no minimum term.

Diagnosis is in scope. Implementation is the retainer, not the audit.

Where I work from, and what that means for you

I work from Pakistan, and here's exactly what that means for you: full overlap with UK and EU business hours, guaranteed overlap to 12:00 noon US Eastern, and async-first delivery so nothing waits on a meeting. Contracts are direct with me; payment lands by ordinary bank transfer to a USD account — the same way my current clients pay.

Why would I not hire you?

I'm a solo operator with no team. If I'm unavailable, your work pauses; there's no bench to absorb it. Month to month with 30 days' notice means you're never locked to that risk, and being solo is the reason no junior ever touches your store.

I'm in Pakistan, so US afternoon meetings are structurally unavailable. I stop at noon Eastern. You get full UK and EU overlap, guaranteed US mornings, and delivery built to run async. But if your team runs on 3pm ET standups, I'm the wrong hire.

One published case study, and the client isn't named in it. The rest of my proof is marketplace reviews and brands whose numbers I can't publish. The $600 audit exists so you can judge the work on your own store instead of taking my proof on trust.

How much traffic do I need for this to be worth it?

Around 30,000 sessions a month for a testing-led retainer. Below that, testing takes too long to reach a conclusion and you're paying for waiting. The audit still works at lower volume, and it will tell you plainly if testing isn't yet the right spend.

You're not a US or UK company. Does that create problems?

A sole practice today, deliberately: you get the senior operator, not a wrapper. Contracts and invoices are in my name.

What are the terms?

Month to month. 30 days' notice. No minimum term. The $600 audit stands alone and credits against month one if you continue.

"We tried CRO before and it didn't work."

Often because the measurement was wrong and nobody checked. Tests get designed against a scoreboard that's already miscounting, the results come back inconclusive, and the conclusion drawn is that CRO doesn't work here.

That's the first thing I audit, before any test gets designed.
